Stagecoach Rehabilitation is a brand new, cutting-edge, rehabilitation facility located in charming Bridgeport, Texas. Offering short-term care and rehabilitation, Stagecoach provides exceptional personalized care in a friendly home-like atmosphere.
Stagecoach Rehabilitation is designed for the active person who has undergone recent surgery or had a hospital stay and needs the experience & expertise of our therapy department to help them return to their productive life. Physical, occupational and speech therapists are on hand to provide a 360 degree care plan whose total focus is your recovery. At Stagecoach Rehabilitation, you will also be assigned a case manager who will guide you through the hurdles of therapy and nursing while leading you on the path home.
Once you step through the doors of Stagecoach Rehabilitation you will immediately know that this is not your ordinary rehabilitation or "run of the mill" Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Stagecoach Rehabilitation is comprised of 20 private suites; each suite will include a private shower, refrigerator, large HD ready television, and the flexibility of setting up your room in a way that makes you feel comfortable. Our stately dining room is a wonderful place to relax, socialize with others and participate in a wide variety of daily activities. The "Leisure Dining" experience will also give you the flexibility of eating meals at your own liberty.

Admission to Stagecoach Rehabilitation will be initiated by a Physician, a hospital Social Worker/ Discharge Planner. We will offer referral response within two hours and will accept admissions seven days a week.
For financial peace of mind we accept Medicare, Medicare Replacement Insurances and Private Insurance.
